Complaints and Warranty


If a fault is discovered in one of our products, and it is not the result of bad use or natural wear or the product, you are entitled to make a complaint. The seller is responsible for non-compliance with the agreement (faulty products) for 2 years from receiving a shipment by the customer. If the fault emerged in the first year, you can make the complaint until the end of warranty. If it the emerged in year two, you have a year to make a complaint since the day you noticed the fault.



VOOC products are covered by a 2-year producer warranty. Warranty is limited to the value of the product. It covers faults of the product caused by proper use or by production defects. During the warranty period the product will be mended free of charge. Should the repair turn out to be impossible, the faulty product will be exchanged for a faultless one. If both repair and exchange turn out to be unavailable, the consumer is entitled to a full refund. In case of post-warranty repairs feel free to contact us, and take advantage from professional advice.


Warranty doesn’t cover

Warranty doesn’t cover faults caused by: mechanical damage, chemical damage (solvents, acid, oils, rains etc.) deliberate damage of the product, extreme temperatures, and any damage caused by improper use of the product (eg. without accordance with its purpose). As far as products made from ‘old-look’ materials are concerned, warranty doesn’t include abrasion of the paint, or any scratches, because they are design elements. As for hair leather products (with hair on the outside) warranty doesn’t cover abrasion of hair (it is a natural property of this material). Brightening, natural marks, or physical alterations (creases, scratches, stains, cuts on the face) are not considered to be faults.

Any other rules are regulated by “Ustawa z dnia 27 lipca 2002 r. o szczególnych warunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej oraz o zmianie Kodeksu cywilnego” (‘The Act from 27 July 2002 about specific conditions of cosumer sale and change to the Civil Code’)


Owner’s manual

Natural leather products ought to be protected from extreme temperatures, significant sun exposure or wetting. Natural leather is not resistant to sweat, which may cause discoloration of the product. Another thing that you should keep in mind is that natural leather is prone to all kinds of dirt or stains and hard-to-remove grease. For cleaning, strong detergents should not be used. Instead, please use special preservative agents dedicated for natural leather materials. Dark coloured products may cause minor discoloration to your clothing, especially in places exposed to sweating. Suede products may leave a little bit of fuzz on your clothing. It is due to natural properties of suede material, which has a tendency to abrade with use.
